The cost of treatment depends upon each patient’s needs. Although treatment can be expensive, it is often possible to sequence care (and costs) over time. The initial treatment will usually focus on immediate needs to create a stable condition. Subsequent treatment can then focus on the restoration of your dental form and function over time. Regardless of the need, the patient takes an active role in selecting the treatment alternatives that fit into his or her budget. Before treatment begins, we review the fees and payment options with each patient.
In an effort to provide the highest level of professional care, we have established the following financial policy:
- We are a fee for service office therefore payment is requested at the time the treatment is provided.
- To fit individual needs for extensive treatment, financial arrangements and treatment sequencing can be planned to extend your payments over time.
- For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, check, or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER)
Our primary responsibility is to our patients. To ensure that they receive the professional care they deserve, we are primarily an independent dental provider. But we will establish contracts with insurance companies to help patients afford care if we are able. We will file all the necessary paperwork to your insurance company for you, and will help you to realize your insurance benefits.
